On 12/05/96 Brennan was arrested in Snohomish County for rape 1st degree, two counts of child molestation 3rd degree, two counts of rape of a child 3rd degree and VUCSA. In 1996 Brennan sexually offended against several unrelated male victims who were between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. Drugs were involved. On 12/08/98 Brennan was convicted in Snohomish County of two counts of rape of a child 3rd degree and on 12/14/98 Brennan was convicted in Snohomish County of VUCSA-deliver to a minor with sexual motivation. Brennan also has criminal convictions for arson 2nd degree, VUCSA-possess without a prescription and driving while license suspended/revoked 3rd degree.

On 12/14/98 Brennan was sentenced to 60 months in prison for the rape of child 3rd convictions and 129 months in prison for the VUCSA-deliver to a minor with sexual motivation conviction. Brennan attended and completed sex offender treatment while in prison. Brennan was on community supervision for two years after his release from prison. Brennan is no longer on active supervision.
Brennan must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in.
