Cleveland was convicted in North Carolina in 1987 for Felony Child Abuse, convicted in 01-25-1990 in Okanogan County for 2nd degree rape, convicted in Spokane County of communication with a minor for immoral purposes

Cleveland has continued to deny his guilt. Cleveland has not recieved any counseling. Cleveland is not on probation, and is no longer being supervised. Cleveland must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in. Clevelands registration requirement is non-expiring.
