On 11/09/1994, Cook was convicted of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. On 05/05/1993 Cook was convicted of indecent liberties. On 12/16/1992, Cook was convicted of child mosestation 1st degree (2counts). All of the convictions were in Okanogan County.

Cook had additional convictions for burglary 1st degree, possession of methamphetamine and assualt 4th degrre.

Cook is no longer on probation. Cook must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in. Cooks registration requirement is non-expiring.
