K-9 Echo is a 7 year old Belgian Malinois that has been working for the Department since 2002. Deputy Laura Wright and K-9 Echo attended the McNeil Island K-9 Handler's Class in the fall of 2006 and graduated in November. This was the second time through for Echo, who graduated "top dog" in the class.
