Hartenhoff was convicted in Okanogan County on 11/8/2001 of Child Mosestation 2nd degree for having sexual contact with a 10 year old female whom he lived with. Hartenhoff was also convicted of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana to a 17 year old female.

Hartenhoff was convicted in Clark County on 6/14/90 for Child Molestation 2nd degree for fondling a 12 year old girl in Vancouver, WA in 1989. The victim was a friend of Hartenhoff's. Department of Corrections has raised Hartenhoff's Risk Level from Level 2 to Level 3.

Hartenhoff was sentenced to 42 months in prison for the 11/8/2001 Okanogan County conviction. Hartenhoff completed the Sex Offender Treatement Program on 10/22/2003. Hartenhoff has been diagnosed as possessing Pedephilia (prepubescent females). Hartenhoff was sentenced to 14 months in prison for the 1990 Clark County conviction. Hartenhoff did not receive any sex offender treatment due to this conviction. Hartenhoff will be in Community Custody for 36-48 months under the supervision of the Okanogan Department of Corrections Office 826-7360. Hartenhoff must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in.
