On 05/11/89 Pichette was arrested for two counts of rape of a child 1st degree in Spokane County and convicted of those charges on 12/13/89. On 03/08/00 Pichette was arrested for child molestation 1st degree in Pierce County. On 04/12/00 Pichette was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender in Pierce County. Pichette also has convictions for DUI and grand theft auto.

Pichette was sentenced to 72 months in prison for the 1989 rape of a child conviction. Pichette was sentenced to 3 months in jail for the 2000 failure to register as a sex offender conviction. It is unknown if Pichette received sex offender treatment while incarcerated.
