On June 02, 2008 Kelso PD contact the Okanogan County Sheriff's Office requesting that we attempt to locate Kristien M. Suldan, 23, of Okanogan. Kelso PD advised that they had a felony arrest warrant for Suldan for Custodial Interference. Kelso PD advised that the warrant was for Sudan because she had driven to Kelso and had taken her 6 year old son with her and left the area.

On June 02, 2008 at around 9:45 PM Okanogan County Deputies located the suspect vehicle that Suldan was supposedly driving. The vehicle was stopped on Old Hwy 97, north of Malott.

In the vehicle Okanogan County Deputies did locate Suldan, who was driving the vehicle. They also located her 6 year old son and a male passenger. Suldan was arrested on the Kelso warrant and for Driving While License Suspended in the 3rd Degree and booked into the Okanogan County Jail. The 6 year old child was taken into protective custody and released to CPS.

The male in the vehicle was detained on unrelated charges.
