In 2000 Renkert raped a 10 year old female in King County. On 10/02/02 Renkert was convicted of rape of a child 1st degree in King County. On a previous conviction, 12/15/00, Renkert plead guilty to assault 4th degree with sexual motivation, plead down from a charge of rape 3rd degree. Renkert sexually assaulted a 13 year old female. Renkert has other criminal convictions of custodial assault 4th degree, TMVWP, malicious mischief 1st degree and residential burglary.

Renkert was sentenced to 103 to 129 weeks to JRA/Green Hill School. He was granted the Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative (SSODA) treatment program. On 05/07/03 Renkert’s SSODA was revoked and he was sentenced to 129 days. Renkert is to have no unsupervised contact with any children two years his junior or younger. Renkert must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff’s Office in the county he lives in.
