On 03/12/93 Brad Rogers was arrested in Douglas County for rape of a child 3rd degree. On 09/08/93 Brad Rogers was convicted of three counts of child molestation 1st degree in Douglas County. On 07/17/00 Brad Rogers was arrested in Douglas County for probation/supervision violation of the original 09/08/93 conviction. Brad Rogers also has convictions for burglary and theft.

Brad Rogers was sentenced to a total of 80 months in prison for the 09/08/93 convictions. Brad Rogers has to register as a sex offender for life.
