On 07/23/97 Stensgar was convicted of kidnapping 2nd and indecent exposure in Okanogan County. On 05/07/97 Stensgar took a 7 year old boy under a bridge, assaulted the boy and exposed himself to the boy. Stensgar also has criminal convictions for taking motor vehicle without permission, theft 2nd, attempting to elude, theft 1st, tamper with witness, suspended driving, theft 3rd, DUI, obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, VUCSA, criminal trespass and parole violations.
Stensgar was sentenced to 72-96 months in prison for the 1997 kidnapping and indecent exposure convictions. Stensgar has
been off of probation since 10/1/03. Currently the only requirements on Stensgar are that he is to register as a sex/kidnapping
offender with the county Sheriff in which ever county he resides in.
