On 06/05/85 Turner was convicted of statutory rape 1st degree and statutory rape 2nd degree in Cowlitz County. On 03/19/91 Turner was convicted of child molestation 1st degree in Clallam County

Turner was sentenced to a total of 48 months in prison (suspended) and 6 months in jail for the 1985 conviction. In 1986 Turner had a probation violation and was sentenced to the previously suspended 48 months in prison. Turner was sentenced to 89 months in prison for the 1991 conviction. Turner has received a total of 36 months of sex offender treatment. Turner has a 1972 burglary conviction. Turner must register as a sex offender with the Sheriff's Office in the county he lives in
