The Okanogan County Sheriff's Office patrol division consists of 3 districts of operation. East district squad is made up of 4 deputies and 1 sergeant. 

The south patrol district reaches from the southern border near Well's Dam to the west at Washgton pass on Hwy 20 and north to the Loup Pass summit. Towns inside the patrol area include Winthrop, twisp, Pateros and Brewster.

The mid valley patrol district encompasses the largest portion of the County's population from Malott in the south to Coulee Dam in the east, Conconully to the west and Riverside to the north.  The mid valley district also encompasses the cities of Omak and the county seat Okanogan.

The north patrol district covers from north of the mid valley district at Riverside to the northen border of US and Canada. The north district eastern boundry is the Ferry County line near Republic. The cities encompassed in the north district are Tonasket, Loomis and Oroville.
